What we collect
Your name, job title, organisation, contact details, and the project details you send us, including through our New Project Form. Please don't include sensitive personal information in an enquiry.

Why we use it
To respond to your enquiry, deliver our services, and keep the records the law requires. Our lawful bases are legitimate interests, contract and legal obligation.

Sharing
We share data with the providers that run our business, such as forms, hosting, email and accounts software, and with third parties only where needed to deliver a service you've asked for. Where data is stored outside the UK, we use approved safeguards. We never sell personal data.

How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't become work: [12 months]. Client records: 6 years.

Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Email partnerships@catbes106.co.uk and we'll respond within one month. If you're unhappy, contact us first; you can also complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
